A more intuitive navigation for public transport in Espírito Santo
Ônibus GV is an app used in the Greater Vitória area (ES) to check bus lines, schedules, and public transport information.
This case study focused on making the experience clearer and more intuitive for users. Based on usability analysis and research, I identified opportunities to improve navigation, optimize existing features, and integrate useful services into the daily routine.
I worked on redesigning the flows and the interface, proposing an experience that is more accessible, practical, and aligned with the real needs of the app's users.
